“Nature of Job (Main Duties) “
The Fire man is in a key position in the organizational structure to carry out safety and prevent injuries to workers. Fire man is always aware of his duty to keep the employees under his direction away from harm & injury.

• Carrying out and recording daily fire drills as per schedule.
• Daily checking the healthiness and workability of the fire tenders and trailer pumps.
• Maintenance of fire extinguishers and fire hydrant system as per schedule.
• Maintenance of fire fighting hoses nozzles and other fitting.
• Maintenance of Breathing Apparatus sets as per schedule.
• Maintenance of all fire service records like Fire Report, Log Books, Fire Drill, Register, Fire Extinguishers Register, Mock Drill Records etc.
• Issuing hot work permits and enduring fire prevention measures during hot work.
• Imparting Fire Safety Training to all contract workmen, security personal and company employees.
• Imparting Technical training to professional fire personnel.
• Above all ensuring 24 hrs availability and quickest response to emergencies by fire services.
