Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan project is put under the control of Director Public Instruction (S) who performs as Project Director. Education Secretary is chairman of the executive committee. Governing council is headed by Hon’ able Administrator of Chandigarh U.T. State Project Unit has been created by taking persons on deputation and contract. The State institute of Education performs as academic wing of the unit. In-service teacher training and research work is undertaken by it. Chandigarh is a small UT therefore no structure has been created at district sub district level. All schools have been divided in administrative 20 Clusters. Each cluster has about 5 to 6 schools. Cluster is headed by the head of respective senior secondary school.
Requires Computer Teachers and Counsellors on contract basis till 31st march 2010
