The Company is looking for creative and talented professionals to be hired on tenure of 5 years, which is extendable further on company’s requirement and performance.
Recruitment of creative and talented Engineers, Mathematecians, Finance & Human Resource professionals on tenure/ contract basis, which is extendable further on company’s requirement and performance.
1) SOFTWARE / HARDWARE ENGINEERS For R&D, Bangalore.
POSITION & GRADE : ASST. EXECUTIVE ENGINEER ( Gr.2)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess an Engineering Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication /
Telecommunication / Computer Science with an aggregate of 65% & above in respect of GEN &
OBC candidates (63% & above in respect of candidates belonging to SC / ST/ PWD).
Candidates with any other discipline / specialization which are not listed above are not eligible to
apply and their application against this advertisement will not be considered & rejected.
NOTE: Aggregate marks will be computed by taking average of the marks secured in all the
subjects in different semester / Annual pattern of Examinations in the Engineering degree.
Decimals will be ignored and will not be rounded off to the next higher integer (Marks secured, if
any, in Diploma will not be considered for deriving the aggregate percentage of marks). If the
evaluation is based on Grade system (CGPA / GPA etc) the same should compulsorily be
converted into percentage of Marks as per the University / Institution norms and documents to
this effect produced from the competent authority at the time of interview without fail.
Experience: Should have 2 years experience in
Design of digital circuits
Development of Embedded software
Understanding of Communication Protocols
Development of electronic hardware
Should also have worked on FGPA/ASIC designs with knowledge of VHDL/ Verilog.
Development in Linux / Unix and embedded Linux platform
RTOS
Domain knowledge of RDBMS is necessary along with knowledge of C, C++, Java, VC++ and
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Domain knowledge in any of the following fields viz., Cryptography, Networking, IP protocols,
Intelligent Power Systems, Computer Aided Design, Wireless, NMS is preferable.
PAY SCALES : Rs.8600-250-14600, Gr.2
UPPER AGE LIMIT : 30 years (as on the date of advertisement), relaxable by 5 years for SC /
ST / Persons with Disabilities and Ex-Service Personnel and 3 years for OBCs [Non-Creamy layer]
in accordance with the Government of India Guidelines.
2) Engineer ( on short term contract for 03 years) : For R & D, Bangalore / Units / Projects
In case, sufficient number of candidates are not available for the positions mentioned
at sl.no.1 above company reserves the right to go for selection of Engineers with less
experience on short term contract for 03 years on the following terms and conditions.

POSITION & GRADE : Officer (Mathematician), GRADE 2
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Candidate should have Master Degree in Mathematics from a recognized university with statistics
as elective in graduation with minimum 65 % Marks for General & OBC (63% in respect of
candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD). Additional qualification, if any, will be preferred.
Experience: Should have Minimum of two years experience of Teaching or full time Research.
Preparation of Crypt algorithm, Statistical and crypt analysis of algorithm. Knowledge of
Computer Programming in C, C++ language and Linux operating system.

Finance Executive (Trainee)
QUALIFICATION:
Pass in Final Examination of CA/ICWA OR MBA-FINANCE (Full time regular course of two years
duration) from a recognized University / Institution of repute.
EXPERIENCE:
12 years for Chief Manager (Gr.6), 9 years for Manager (Gr.5) , 6 years for Deputy Manager
(Gr.4), 3 years for Assistant Manager (Gr.3) and for Executive (Gr.2), (2 years experience in
respect of MBA-Finance only) and no experience is insisted for final CA /ICWA in the relevant
area in a large Industrial / Govt. / Private organizations, candidates with less experience may be
considered for Finance Executive (Trainee). Candidates should have strong grounding in all
aspects of Finance functions with emphasis in Financial Management, Costing, Audit, Budgetary
controls, Treasury Management, Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, Capital expenditure control,
familiarity with computerized system and related areas.
5) FINANCE ASSOCIATE – (on short term contract for 03 years)
On contract for 03 years (Extendable on satisfactory performance & Company’s requirement).
Essential Qualification : Graduate from a recognized university with a pass in Inter CA/ ICWA
Examination.
AGE : Below 28 years ( Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/PWD & Ex-Servicemen and 03 years for
OBC – Non-creamy layer) in accordance with the Government of India guidelines.
Remuneration Offered :
1st Year: Rs.7000/- consolidated per month.
2nd Year: Rs.7200/- consolidated per month.
3rd Year: Rs.7400/- consolidated per month.
Terms of engagement as Finance Associate :
Selected candidates will be engaged as Finance Associate on contract basis for a period
of 03 years.
The performance during the contract period will be reviewed periodically.
On completion of 03 years of contract period, should there be requirement of the
company, the candidate may be considered for extension of contract for further period.

institute of repute. Degree in Law will be preferred.
Post Qualification experience of minimum 18 years for Additional General Manager

years for Manager (Gr.5), 6 years for Deputy Manager (Gr.4), 3 years for Assistant

Govt. / Private organizations, candidates with less experience may be considered for HR
Executive (Trainee). Candidates, should be proficient in all aspects of HRM & HRD with
rich experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resources planning, Organizational
