National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, popularly known as NIPCCD, is a premier organisation devoted to promotion of voluntary action research, training and documentation in the overall domain of women and child development. Established in New Delhi in the year 1966 under Societies Registration Act of 1860, it functions under the aegis of the Ministry of Women and Child Development. In order to cater to the region-specific requirements of the country, the Institute, over a period of time, has established four Regional Centres at Guwahati (1978), Bangalore (1980), Lucknow (1982) and Indore (2001).
Applications are invited for the following posts to be filled up on contract basis:

Central Programme manager : 01 Post
Pay : Rs. 60000/- pm consolidated
Qualification : A sufficiently experienced person with Master’s Degree in development economics, and social sciences, rural development, enterprise development, planning or equivalent with about 5 years experience of which at least 3 years as project/ programme officer with initiative, commitment and capacity for innovative, lateral thinking approach.
Finance manager : 01 Post
Pay : Rs. 40000/- pm consolidated
Qualification : Recognized accountancy or finance qualification, i.e. Post Graduate in Commerce with 8 years’ experience or Chartered or Cost Accountant with about 4 years experience in financial planning and management, budgeting, accounts etc. with public or private sector organizations, Familiarity with government financial procedures and requirements of externally funded programmes would be an advantage. Computer literacy in major accounting software is necessary.
Programme Officers : 02 Posts
Pay : Rs. 20000/- pm consolidated
Qualification : A sufficiently experienced person with Master’s Degree in development economics, social sciences, rural development, or equivalent with about 4 years’ experience in SHG based Women’s Empowerment Projects would be desirable.
Data Entry Operator : 02 Posts
Pay : Rs. 10000/- pm consolidated
Qualification : Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application. He should possess speed of 8000 key depression per hour.
Attendant : 01 Post
Pay : Rs. 8000/- pm consolidated
Qualification : Matric (10th) passed from any recognized board.
