1) Candidates are advised to obtain application forms on payment of Rs.200/- from the in-charge university enquiry and information centre situated at the university main gate and bring it with them duly filled in. Separate form should be filled for each subject/College.
2) Candidates should have passed Punjabi in Matriculation or equivalent examination. Candidates must bring all testimonials in original with attested copies and a recent passport size photograph.
3) Candidates must possess qualification as per UGC/AICTE as adopted by Punjab University, Patiala.
