The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd was incorporated at Bombay on 12th September 1947. The Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Oriental Government Security Life Assurance Company Ltd and was formed to carry out General Insurance business. The Company was a subsidiary of Life Insurance Corporation of India from 1956 to 1973 ( till the General Insurance Business was nationalized in the country). In 2003 all shares of our company held by the General Insurance Corporation of India has been transferred to Central Government.
Oriental Insurance Company Ltd is seeking the eligible candidates for Administrative Officer posts.Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale I) in specialized
discipline of Information Technology (Hardware, Software and networking), Accounts, Law and
generalist.
Post: Administrative Officer
Number of posts: Total-165 (UR-83, SC-25, ST-13, OBC-44, PWD-7)
Age: Between 21-28 years
Minimum educational qualifications
Group A – Code No. 01
MCA (Masters in Computer Applications)/MIT (Masters in Information Technology) or BE Computer/MCM (Master in Computer
Management)
Group B – Code No. 02
B.Com with minimum 60% marks in graduation or 55% in M.Com for general candidates from recognized University.
Group C – Code No. 03
Bachelor of Law (three year course) with minimum three years experience as a practicing lawyer (with two years experience for SC/ST candidates)
Group D – Code No. 04
Graduation with minimum 60% marks or 55% in Masters for general candidates from recognized University.
