Medical Officer : 02 Posts
Pay : Rs. 40000/- Consolidated
Minimum Qualification / Experience :
- M.B.B.S. including completion of compulsory rotatary internship followed by atleast 03 years of experience in a recognised hospital.
- Postgraduate diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus atleast one year experience in a recognised hospital.
- M.D. or M.S. in an appropriate branch of Medicine.
IIT Hospital
Medical Officer (Dental) : 01 Post
Pay : Rs. 40000/- Consolidated
Minimum Qualification / Experience :
- BDS (from a DCI recognised Institute) with minimum 3 years experience.
- MDS (Endodontic / Conservative Dentistry).
IIT Hospital
Nursing Orderly : 02 Posts
Pay : Rs. 7000/- Consolidated
Minimum Qualification / Experience :
- 10th Standard Passed. Elementary knowledge of First Aid supported by a valid certificate issued by St. John Ambulance Association with three years working experience in a Govt. Hospital.
IIT Hospital
Staff Nurse : 01 Post
Pay : Rs. 11000/- pm Consolidated
Minimum Qualification / Experience :
- Intermediate OR 10+2 or equivalent and must have passed the examination held by the Nursing Council with 3 years course in General Nursing and Mid-wifery.
- Desirable: 3 years experience in a hospital recognized by the Central of State Nursing Council.
General Conditions :
- Good knowledge of Computer applications (on word processor, spreadsheet, presentations software etc. and OS like MS-Windows, LINUX etc.) will be a distinct plus.
- Maximum age is 27 years for the post Sl. No.03 and 32 years for the post Sl. No.04. However, there is no age limit for posts at Sl. No. 01 and 02. Age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates if the post is reserved for these categories.
- DD/IPO of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for post at Sl. No. 01 and 02 and DD/IPO of Rs.50/- for post Sl. No. 03 and post Sl. No.04 should be enclosed (drawn in favour of Registrar, IIT Delhi payable atNew Delhi).
- The Institute follows the Central List in the case of OBCs.
- The relaxation & concessions to the candidates applying for the reserved category posts exist as per Govt. of India Rules.
- Mere fulfillment of qualifications and experience requirements does not entitle candidate to be called for test / or Interview.
- No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from candidates regarding conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview.
- The Institute may conduct Written and / or Practical Tests for the posts at Sl. No. 3 & 4 and only those candidates who qualify the said tests will be called for interview.
- Outstation candidates called for interview will be paid 2nd Class Railway Fare through Demand Draft (to be sent later) from the place of duty/residence to Delhi and back by the shortest route.
- The application form without the attested copies of all relevant certificates (both experience and professional) will be rejected.
- In case staff member appointed is allotted housing facility in IIT Campus the corresponding House Rent Allowance along with other charges as applicable will be deducted from theconsolidated pay.
- The candidates fulfilling the above eligibility criteria may submit their application on the prescribed Application Form along with testimonials; prescribed fee; and latest passport size photograph to Superintendent (Recruitment Cell, Room No. MZ-113), IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016. The prescribed application form can be obtained from the Recruitment Cell either in person or by sending a self addressed stamped (Rs. 10/-) envelope of 28 x12 cms and outer cover of request should be superscribed “Request forApplication Form – Advertisement No. E-II/01/2010 (E)”. Such postal requests should reach IIT Delhi at least 10 days before the last date of receipt ofapplication form.
