Emoluments: The Selected Candidates will be placed in the scale of pay as follows:
1 Dy. Manager (E3) Rs. 32900 – 58000
2 Manager (E4) Rs. 36600 – 62000
3 Sr. Manager (E5) Rs. 43200 – 66000
4 Dy. Gen. Manager (E6) (*) Rs. 43200 – 66000
(*) Selected candidates for the post at Sl.No. 4 will be placed at the minimum of their respective scale plus 3 increments.
For the above posts, besides the Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance will also be paid. Other allowances and benefits such as Leave, Medical Treatment, Provident Fund, Gratuity, HRA/ Company assisted accomodation, Performance Related Pay(PRP), site benefits, other perks to the extent of 46% of basic pay etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules in force from time-to-time.
